If we find viruses, malware or spyware we will offer to remove it for a small charge. Usually either 1/2 hour labour or 1 hour labour depending on how bad it is
There is no obligation whatsoever to have anything we find in a health check cleared or repaired by us.

We believe you should be fully aware of any repair cost before it is done.
That's why we introduced our FREE Repair Estimates. We will check over your laptop to find the fault. When the fault is diagnosed we will give you a call to let you know the total cost of repair before any work is done.
If you are happy with the cost of repair, we will go ahead and start further work. If your not happy with the cost, you can pick up the laptop and there is absolutely no charge.
This ensures you don't end up with a huge repair bill for a laptop that's just not worth it.
