That's why we introduced our FREE Repair Estimates. We will check over your laptop to find the fault. When the fault is diagnosed we will give you a call to let you know the total cost of repair before any work is done.

If you are happy with the cost of repair, we will go ahead and start further work. If your not happy with the cost, you can pick up the laptop and there is absolutely no charge.

This ensures you don't end up with a huge repair bill for a laptop that's just not worth it.

Some other companies offer their FREE service that usually means
if they CAN'T repair it, its free.
We have NEVER had a machine that we couldn't fix. We have had a lot where it would be uneconomical to repair and that is where we differ from our competition.

For example if you had a laptop that had water damage and you took it to another company, they would offer their no fix no fee service and most likely diagnose the fault as needing a new main board (for arguments sake) costing £200.
