Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes, we can arrange for collection of your computer, repair or upgrade it and then deliver it back to you.
Do you offer on-site service?
Yes, we offer onsite services. Most upgrades, repairs, maintenance, and some troubleshooting can be performed on-site.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes, we will evaluate your requirements and give you a competitive quote.
What areas do you provide services to?
Our main areas covered are, lincoln and surrounding villages, however we have the facility to go further if necessary.
Is it cheaper to upgrade my existing system or buy a new one?
It is usually cheaper to upgrade and existing system instead of purchasing a new one. However, sometimes it may uneconomical to upgrade due to the system being too old or damaged.
What types of hardware upgrades do you perform?
We offer all types of hardware upgrades from simple memory installations to changing the motherboard.

How much will it cost to repair my computer?
This question depends on what is wrong with the computer. Most virus repairs cost up to an hour in labour.
Do you repair laptops?
Yes, we repair all PCs including laptops
How long does it take?
Most repairs can be done within two to three days. If we need to order replacement parts, the delivery time will apply.
At the discretion of the manager, some repairs can be compleated via our FastTrak service which is £35.00 to put your computer or console to the front of the queue for a same day check or repair.
